It does not cover the tools and wagons involved which are covered by other booklets in the series. The information is derived from a number of authors including Thomas Tusser, Henry Best and Gervase Markham. Volume 1: 48 page A5 booklet with a number of line drawings and illustrations of plants taken from old herbals, and a table of crop rotation. This book has the Contents list for both Volumes 1 & 2.
