These rules can be used with models from 1/2400 to 1/100 (15mm) but are designed specifically to be used with 1/1200 scale models. The basic rules occupy the first 30 pages. The next section is the Fleets and covers the types and construction of available ships, this is followed by Fleet lists divided by Nationality. Also included are a set of six scenarios, five campaigns and a guide to collecting, painting and rigging the models.
