40 page A4 paperback booklet stapled with a self adhesive tape covering the staples. The rules are supplied with a separate folded A4 card quick reference sheet and two paper photocopiable pages of play aids (turning circles, wind direction indicators etc.). Two normal 6-sided dice are required and measurement is metric. Originally designed for use with 1/1200 models these rules were later changed to use with 1/600 models however they can be easily adapted for use with 1/1200.
New and unused but the book has suffered some handling damage and marks. All the internal pages are creased at the top, but are clean and legible.
