Much as this is produced as a supplement to the Ancient Empires rules system, and the language and definitions are based on those rules, it contains a great deal of information that is useful for anyone attempting to refight battles of this period. It contains maps and orders of battle for the following historical engagements: The Battle of Asculum 279BC between the Army of Pyrrhus and the Army of Republican Rome; The Battle of Raphia 217BC between the forces of Ptolemy IV and those of Antiochus III; The Battle of Pydna 168BC between the Macedonian forces and the Republican Roman forces. Also of interest are the notes on elephants and chariots and anti-elephant wagons.
The whole pack is supplied new and unused, shrinkwrapped and binder ready.
