To the Sound of the Guns Rules for Napoleonic Wargames by Richard Butler. Published by Tabletop Games, Nottingham, UK Copyright Richard Butler July 1982.
36 page paperback book with a separate folded A4 quick reference sheet. 1 figure = 20 men, 1 limber or gun model = 2 limbers or guns. These rules are designed for 15mm figures. Normal, average and decimal dice are used. Metric measurements are used throughout.
I believe that this was the first commercially available set of these rules produced. This set of rules is an interesting introduction to the series of rules produced by Richard Butler for Tabletop Games in the late twentieth century.
Condition is as new.
Also included is a printed 11 page A5 leaflet of Army Lists and Amendments also dated 1982. The Army Lists include French, British, Prussian, Russian, Austrian, Spanish and Saxon.
