32 page paperback booklet 17cm x 22.5cm with a folded A4 quick reference card. Designed for use with 15mm or 25mm figures with one figure representing 20 men. Normal and average 6-sided dice and decimal dice (D10) are used.
The first 19 pages provide the battle rules, followed by a 3 page section on selecting commanders. This is divided into six sub-sections by nationality - each gives 10 named commanders with their ratings and other information. This is followed by an 8-page section of army lists.
