39 page A5 paperback booklet including orders of battle and maps. The first 26 pages deal with the battle, the next seven pages give the orders of battle for the Federal Forces: Army of Virginia under Major General John Pope and the Confederate Forces: Army of Northern Virginia under General Robert E Lee. Followed by four pages of hints on wargaming the Second Battle of Bull Run. These divide the conflict into four scenarios with deployment and victory conditions for each scenario.
The information in the booklet can be used to reconstruct battles in any scale with almost any set of rules.
