Reaper Miniatures Dark Maiden (the spirit of a sunken pirate ship) from the Warlord Range designed by Chaz Elliott. Catalogue Number 14106. Unpainted white metal model manufactured under licence by Miniature Figurines, Southampton, UK.
An unarmoured female figure armed with a sword in each hand - the right hand and sword is cast separately. She has a pair of wings apparently constructed from the timbers of the ship with a wingspan of approximately 60mm. The figure, including a wooden plinth which is probably the prow of the vessel, is 45mm tall. This figure is presumably the personification of the figurehead and is weighed down by the anchor and chain. She is clearly an undead and would probably function best in a watery environment. The figure is supplied with a separate 25mm square metal slot base.
Supplied in the original blister pack. Condition of the model is as new.
