52 page paperback booklet with separate folded A4 quick reference sheet stapled inside the back cover. It comprises 32 pages of rules intended for use primarily with 15mm figures using a scale of 1 figure = 50 men and a ground scale of 1cm = 20 yds. It also uses 6 sided dice, average dice and percentage dice. After the 32 pages of rules are Army Lists for European warfare – these include French, Russian, British, Prussian, Austrian, Turkish and Rumanian which allow the fighting of the Crimean War, the Franco-Prussian War and other European disputes. Also included are American Civil War Confederate and Union lists.
New and unused, with some slight scuffing to the cover.
