54mm unpainted white metal model of a Carolingian Guardsman of the Imperial Household c850AD. Manufactured by Irregular Miniatures Ltd, York UK. Catalogue code number S 2.
This model kit is essentially a one piece casting with separate spear (which also includes the right hand of the figure) and decorated shield. The figure, which has no base, stands 57mm tall including his helmet.
Supplied with its original packaging, condition of the model as new.
