Unpainted white metal (pewter) figures from the Flintloque range set in the World of Valon where a version of the Napoleonic Wars is refought by creatures from various fantasy genres including Orcs, Elves, Dwarves, Ogres, Dogs, Goblins and the sinister Undead. Manufactured by Alternative Armies, Girvan. Copyright Crescent Cities Industries Ltd. Scotland. These figures date from the 1990s.
Catalogue number 53501 Goblin Heavy Cavalry. Four figures mounted on, separately cast, reptilian/dinosaur steeds. The set consists of an officer, standard bearer and two troopers. The riders are approximately 30mm high and the lizard mounts are approximately 65mm nose to tail and stand approximately 40mm tall to the top of the head. They have a plain saddle and cylindrical blanket roll or valise.
The reptilian steeds could easily be adapted to other fantasy/science fiction genres.
Still shrinkwrapped in its original packaging. Condition as new.
