40 page A4 paperback booklet. The first eight pages form the basic rules. 1 model = 1 aircraft, vehicle, etc. 1 turn = 10-15 seconds. 1” = 100 yards (this means that a 6’ x 4’ table gives a scale playing area of 4 x 2.5 miles). 10-sided and average dice are required.
After the rules come 24 pages of helicopter record charts. These are followed by 5 scenarios with maps, forces, victory conditions etc.
